The French based Grand Moulins de Paris (GMP) is the owner of the Délifrance brand. GMP has been involved in the flour milling business since the beginning of the twentieth century and is a substantial producer and wholesaler of Délifrance brand frozen dough and par-baked products. GMP’s wide customer base and their demand for variety has led to continuous product innovation which Délifrance Asia can tap on.
